
Amazon’s Delivering the Future
Delivering the Future is Amazon’s annual event, celebrating innovation and highlighting updates through keynote speakers in sustainability, robotics, operations, safety, delivery, and much more. Delivering the Future is a global event: the past locations include Seattle, Nashville, D.C., Germany, Japan, and soon more. Amazon engages Confidant yearly to tackle both PR and creative across this massive event.
I’ve had the pleasure of being a key player on the creative of this event 2 years in a row, working on a small team to deliver big results: updating the event logo, crafting custom icons, working on about 4 event websites spanning different event locations, crafting pamphlets, on-site signage, PowerPoint presentation collaboration with Amazon executives, you name it. My role was crafting deliverables across multiple facets of this event and delivering to my Art Director and Creative Directors. I also designed and developed the event website in 2024, and then in 2025 provided fleshed out design to a web developer and helped manage while he tackled back end and code.
Working within a creative system filled with lively gradients, vibrant colors, a double-lined icon system, we followed Amazon’s brand guidelines while breathing new life and vibrancy to deliverables. Every year, this is a challenge of stamina in managing an event with fast-paced and high priority deadlines, professionalism and poise in interfacing with Amazon execs, and a creative puzzle of how to create something new from a brand already known across the world.
